This document governs the operational engagement between users and GridShift Core. It outlines the protocols for accessing our core systems and the ethical deployment of our data intelligence solutions.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing gridshiftcore.digital or utilizing our integrated core systems, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. GridShift Core provides sophisticated infrastructure and data intelligence solutions subject to the compliance measures outlined herein.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. Failure to comply with these protocols may result in immediate suspension of system access.
System Usage & Access
Authorized Access
Access to core systems is restricted to registered users with valid credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session keys and account data.
Prohibited Actions
Reverse engineering of our data intelligence algorithms, unauthorized scraping, and any form of volumetric attack on GridShift infrastructure are strictly forbidden.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our technical infrastructure at any time, including hours of availability or specific intelligence modules, without prior notice.
Intelligence Assets & IP
All content generated through our intelligence hub, including but not limited to proprietary algorithms, data visualizations, and system architectures, remains the exclusive property of GridShift Core.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the reporting outputs for internal business intelligence purposes only, unless otherwise specified in a separate service level agreement.
Risk & Limitation of Liability
"GridShift Core systems are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied."
In no event shall GridShift Core, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our specialized core systems. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of business intelligence value, or mechanical failures stemming from third-party infrastructure.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the amount paid by the user to GridShift Core in the six months immediately preceding the claim.
Termination Protocols
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the intelligence tools will immediately cease.
Users may terminate their account at any time via the console manager.
Following closure, data is retained according to our Privacy Policy protocols.
